Bombay Medical Aid Foundation is registered with the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and with the Charity Commissioner, Govt. of Maharashtra, India.  We are also registered with Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act – FCRA.

Ours is a voluntary organization with no Government support

All  statutory requirements / registrations are valid and updated:

  • 80 G registration (provides Income Tax exemption to the donor)
  • 12 A registration (Tax free income for NGO)
  • NGO registration certificate
  • FCRA registration (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act)

 

We ensure that all our financial statements are audited and all legal and statutory compliances are stringently adhered to.
